In spring, the trees at Hazelnut House plunge into a radiant sea of white flowers. It's like nature is celebrating a wedding! On this afternoon we all put on our most romantic clothes, choose the most beautiful old porcelain tableware from Theresa and cover a long table in the spring garden of Hazelnut House with silver cutlery and linen fabrics. Under the walnut tree we find delicate violets in white and blue tones. Full of joy we carry them into the house and candy them for our biscuits. Together we bake the finest delicacies for our Tea Time with Jane Austen and Theresa introducing us to the art of pâtisserie. We fill tender shortcrust pies with fine French vanilla cream and fresh fruit. Now it is time to take a seat. The bees hum about us and while we enjoy our tea time under the spring sky we listen to the stories of Mr. Darcy.
For all fans of pride and prejudice!
