Allergies
In case of food intolerance we will gladly adjust the menu to you. Please let us know when you make your hotel reservation.

General booking information
We ask for your understanding that we cannot bindingly promise certain room numbers or floors depending on the occupancy.

Current cancellation conditions

 
Free cancellation possible within 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total price.

Cancellations of booked additional services such as extras are only possible up to 14 days before arrival.

 

Room bookings of corporate clients are cancel able 48 hours before arrival.

Check-In / Check-Out

Arrival is at 3 p.m.
Departure is at 11 a.m.

 

You are welcome to contact us if your arrival should be after 6 p.m.
A late check-out until 1 p.m. is possible for an extra charge of 50€ per room.

 

 

Food & Drinks

Our dining hours at Hazelnut House
Breakfast 8-10 a.m.
Dinner from 7 p.m.

From 2 p.m., we invite you to enjoy coffee and our delicious home-baked cakes, available for purchase. Hikers and day visitors are welcome as well; for groups of 8 or more, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance."

When you arrive, a warm welcome awaits you with home-baked cake and tea or coffee.

 

Our bar is open for the aperitif and the candles are lit.
For Thursday and Friday we offer a soup from our harvest (available during harvest season) with organic bread and French butter (15.- per person) in the evening for everyone who would like to stay here.
Please let us know if you would like to use it.
I'm sure you'll have wonderful evenings in Müllerthal and a very loving breakfast awaits you the next day!

Our tarte flambée evening on Saturday was and is always a very special highlight!

It starts with a warm get-together, a soup made from the harvest from the field (during harvest season) and then we all put on an apron and roll out tarte flambée together in our open kitchen, the heart of the house. Everyone can top it with heavenly delicacies that we have prepared. Afterwards there is a warm dessert.
Rate 59.- per person

Our guests are all together for dinner at a long table.

Food and drinks brought by guests will be refrigerated only as long as it is baby or allergy food, which must be kept cool.
In other cases, there will be an additional charge of 20€ per person.

 

We welcome external guests
For coffee, fresh drinks and cake on saturdays from 2-5 p.m or Flamkuchenworkshop on saturday evenings at 7pm after booking on welcome@hazelnut-house.com.

 

Massages
Individual relaxation massage is possible at Hazelnuthouse.

 

Animals
Dogs are welcome on request in our hotel, an additional fee may apply.

 

Smoker/Non-smoker
We are a non-smoking hotel. We ask friends of tobacco to respect this and to smoke outside the hotel.

Absence
In case of sudden interruption or cancellation of a stay at the hotel, a refund is not granted.

Parking
Our private parking is accessible at all times and included in the price.
Charging stations for electric vehicles can be booked for a fee.

Internet access
Free WLAN access in the lobby area is available. We support the "Digital Detox" concept.
